What information is collected from users:
As the sole owners of the website, we are the only authorized entity to collect the following and only information given voluntarily to us from you: name, address, email address, phone and billing information via email or other direct contact from you. Your information will not be sold or rented to anyone.
How/when information is collected and how it will be used:
Our organization collects your data information by either: (1) directly from the user, (2) from our Web server logs and (3) through cookies.
Data Correction and your options to regarding your personal information:
If you are unsatisfied with the frequency of communication that our organization sends out or with what is being sent, you have the option to opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You may also contact us to:
• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Our priority is to make sure that if any information is collected from you, that it be the most recent, correct, and updated information. Security Measures and User Data Protection:
Our organization takes all necessary precautions to ensure that your information is protected. All information that you submit to your website is protected both online and offline.
Whenever sensitive information is collected (i.e. credit card information), the data is encrypted and securely transmitted to us. Two ways you can verify that the information has been securely transmitted is by looking at the top of the screen for the web browser address and look for “https” or you can look at the bottom of the screen for a closed lock icon.
Your information is protected offline by only granting employees access to it when needed for specified jobs such as billing or customer service with prior clearance to use that information for their intended use and to complete a specified job. All the servers and computers used to store sensitive and personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment. Even though we do take certain security precautions on our end to make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access/use/disclosure or accidental loss, we cannot guarantee that the unauthorized people will be unable to defeat our security measures.
